Cher is a beautiful one-year-old tan Saluki-Cross. She arrived at the centre in August after being found as a stray.
Although quite a shy girl she comes around quite quickly when you have treats to offer. Once she knows you, she is a happy, friendly girl and enjoys gentle fuss and affection. When she is comfortable in your presence, Cher enjoys playing with soft toys, having a game of chase and curling up in a bed with her kennel mate.
Cher would love to find her special someone. She is looking for an adult-only home, possibly with older teenagers if they can give Cher time to settle. Multiple visits are advised to build a bond with Cher before taking her home. Cher could possibly live with another dog if the dog’s temperament is calm and chilled. Given time, love and patience Cher would blossom in the right home and be a super pet.
If you think you can give Cher the loving, forever home she deserves, then please give our Canine Carers a call at our Ilfracombe Rehoming Centre on 01271 812709, we are open every day between 12noon and 4pm except Wednesday when we are open from 4.30pm until 7.30pm.
